### Prerequisites
- Docker & Docker Compose installed
- Node.js 18+ installed
- Anthropic API key (already configured)

### One-Command Start
```bash
./start.sh
```

Then in a new terminal:

cd frontend
npm run dev
```

**Open:** http://localhost:3000
